Gift Certificates

Nothing says I was thinking about you, but want to make sure I get it right better than a gift certificate.
They can be made in any denomination or by product specification. IE. “good for 2 graphic pillows” “good for a monogram pillow” (to avoid putting a price on the gift).
Our gift certificate can be redeemed by email order or at in-person events. Your certificate will be sent by first class mail.

Orders

Orders that are placed by 7pm will be shipped the next day if they are in stock. If it is out of stock we will notify you immediately and inform you when it will be available.
Allow a week for customized orders to ship. If they are available sooner you will be notified via email.

Shipping

All products are shipped via UPS, or Fed Ex ground unless you specify another method.

Return Policy

*All claims must be made within five business days of receipt of purchase. We stand by the quality and beauty of our products. We will replace any defective or damaged products with an identical item upon receipt.. Returned merchandise must be unused and it’s original packaging.

Customized pillows cannot be returned unless you can document a defect with a photo within 5 days of receipt. If you notice an errror with your order you must notify us within two days.
